This three-storey, 4,000sqm facility (with provision for a further 4,000sqm expansion) was Australia's first smartphone-operated storage facility, featuring a complex mezzanine structure and integrated office/display hub. Led by Falcon Director BJ Cilia, the project highlights our focus on future-proofed industrial design, with fire safety and egress plans accounting for both current operations and future expansion. Despite COVID-19 travel restrictions preventing site visits, the South Australian client was kept closely informed throughout construction.
