This project saw the comprehensive transformation of a 1960s industrial building into a premium Surry Hills commercial asset. The scope involved selective demolition and a significant increase in net lettable area, including the addition of a landscaped green roof terrace and end-of-trip facilities.

This highlights our experience in complex adaptive reuse. We navigated the rigid compliance path required to upgrade aging structures to meet modern high-end commercial standards, ensuring the new rooftop amenities met all accessibility and safety requirements.
