Part of a $9M upgrade to Manly Wharf, this project involved fitting out two high-occupancy restaurants — Sake (295 seats) and El Camino Cantina (365 seats) — built directly above the heritage wharf. Managing a combined capacity of 660 patrons required a sophisticated fire engineering approach within a sensitive maritime heritage structure. The project demonstrates our ability to handle high-density hospitality compliance without compromising the architectural intent of world-class venues.
