Our role is staged Construction Certificates, Principal Certifier and Occupation Certificate. CC1 was issued in February 2026, CC2 in May 2026, and CC3 is in progress.

The centre is a special fire protection purpose building on bushfire-prone land, which is the most demanding combination the bushfire provisions deal with. We assessed the performance solution pathway for bushfire under NCC Part G5, and reviewed and approved further performance solutions for weatherproofing and disabled access.
A job like this is decided by coordination rather than by any single technical call. Builder, architect and consultants all had to land on one outcome that met the project's goals and could actually be built, and holding that alignment is most of the work.
